LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Michaele Salahi might be good at getting into parties, but she's been asked to leave "Celebrity Rehab." Alleged White House party crasher and star of "The Real Housewives of Washington D.C." is no longer part of VH1's reality series with Dr. Drew Pinsky, a rep for the network confirmed to Access Hollywood.
"The treatment program that 'Celebrity Rehab' documents is intended for individuals with serious substance abuse and addiction issues. Prior to the taping of the current season, producers were advised that Michaele Salahi met the criteria to be treated in this setting," a rep for VH1 said in a statement to Access. "However, professional assessments spanning from that time to the present, found that she did not meet such criteria. As a result, she is no longer participating in the program."
According to a Radar Online source, the reality star caused problems with the other stars receiving treatment during her short stint on the show.
"Michaele was a distraction to other cast members, and was complaining that Dr. Drew wasn't properly treating her MS," a Radar source claimed. "Dr. Drew did a thorough medical examination of her, including a full neurological check-up, and she is fine. Michaele is all drama, that is her main issue."
Michaele's husband, Tareq, also spoke to Radar, and claimed his wife was seeking treatment for valid medical reasons and the effects of her White House party incident.
"She was really leaning on Dr. Drew who is a respected doctor to get her through some of the issues after the White House, when she went to Congress, when she went into relapse with her Multiple Sclerosis. She takes this very seriously," Tareq told Radar. "My wife takes her health situation very seriously, she has a real diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis."
Sean Young, Michael Lohan, Bai Ling Jeremy Jackson and Amy Fisher will appear on Season 5 of the VH1 reality series.
As previously reported on Access Hollywood.com, on Tuesday, "Celebrity Rehab" Season 3 patient and former Alice in Chains bassist Mike Starr was found dead in Salt Lake City. He later appeared on VH1's "Sober House."

Looks like Celebrity Rehab needs to do better screening to keep nutjobs like Salahi away. Micheale Salahi is not a celebrity. She is a Fame Whore. Join our Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/WhiteHousePartyCrashers
