Mouth Watering Malaysian Seafood, Hard To Miss. Many types of seafood are consumed in Malaysia, including crab, squid, shrimp or prawn, cuttlefish, clams, cockles, snails, and octopus. The reflection of the multicultural aspects of Malaysia is been pretty much active in Malay cuisine. In Malaysia various ethnic groups have their own dishes however most of the dishes in Malaysia are derived from multiple ethnic influences. Although most of the food cooks in the same food place but the preparation of food preparation differs from place to place. Fish is the regular meal which often seen features in the Malaysian diet and most local fish is purchased the day after it is caught. On the other hand frozen fish like salmon and cod are generally imported. Such fish are well received on the Malaysian table but are not caught by local fishermen. Imported fish are frozen and flown in as pieces or as whole fish and usually sold by weight.

Malaysia is one of the coolest destination comprising of various standards cuisine, which are know for their seafood including shrimp, fish and crab. One can rarely want to miss the chance of having a fresh mouthwatering meal including lots of seafood. The best part about Malaysian sea food is that it contains rich protein and minerals, which are good for health.
