The Texas Chainsaw Massacre is one of the most controversial movies of all time, not because of the gross or bloody scenes but because of it’s “unsure” story line. There are two movies about this, the first "Chainsaw Massacre Movie 1974" directed by Tobe Hooper and the remake “Texas Chainsaw Massacre Movie 2003″ directed by Marcus Nispel.
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre is a true story involving the ambush and murder of a group of friends on a road trip in rural Texas by a family of cannibals. The real question today if the Texas Chainsaw Massacre is really based from a true story, but Harris said it was a true to life based movie, he also said that he grew in Texas and he was 100% sure that movies 1 and 2 are documentaries and not fiction.
