Miley Cyrus was wearing a leather bikini top at her post-AMAs/pre-18th birthday party at Trousdale at around 2AM this morning when her rumored new boyfriend Nickelodeon Star Avan Jogia suck her neck. It was like she was suck by a vampire in the picture.
Miley Cyrus officially turned 18 last Tuesday.
